Реферат

Объем реферата от 200 до 250 слов (не более 2000 знаков с пробелами). В начале НЕ повторяется название статьи. Реферат НЕ разбивается на абзацы. Структура реферата кратко отражает структуру работы. Вводная часть минимальна. Не нужно обосновывать актуальность работы и подчеркивать личный вклад автора! Место исследования уточняется до области (края). Изложение результатов должно представлять собой КОНКРЕТНЫЕ сведения (выводы, рекомендации и т.п.). Желательно приводить больше цифр, подтверждающих достоверность выводов. При указании процентов разницы с контролем нужно приводить также или абсолютные значения разницы, или значение в контроле, чтобы было, с чем сравнивать. Допускается введение сокращений в пределах реферата (понятие из 2-3 слов заменяется на аббревиатуру из соответствующего количества букв, в 1-й раз дается полностью, сокращение – в скобках, далее используется только сокращение). Избегайте использования вводных слов и оборотов! Все используемые аббревиатуры (например, названий учреждений) должны быть расшифрованы при первом упоминании; если используются один раз – приводить полностью (допускается «НИИ»). Числительные, если не являются первым словом, передаются цифрами.

Перевод Реферата на английский язык. Недопустимо использование машинного перевода!!! Вместо десятичной запятой используется точка. Все русские аббревиатуры передаются в расшифрованном виде, если у них нет устойчивых аналогов в англ. яз. (допускается: ВТО – WTO, ФАО – FAO и т.п.).

Summary

The volume of the summary is from 200 to 250 words (not more than 2000 characters with spaces). At the beginning the name of article ISN’T repeated. The paper ISN’T divided into paragraphs. The structure of the summary reflects briefly the structure of the work. The introduction is rather short. It isn't necessary to prove the relevance of the work and to emphasize a personal contribution of the author! The place of the research is specified to area (region). The statement of the results has to represent SPECIFIC data (conclusions, recommendations, etc.). It is desirable to give more figures confirming reliability of the conclusions. While indicating per cent of the difference with the control it is necessary to give also either absolute values of the difference or value in control for proper comparison. The introduction of reductions in the paper is allowed (the notion of 2-3 words is replaced with an abbreviation from the corresponding quantity of letters, for the 1st time the reduction is given completely,  in brackets, further only reduction is used). Avoid the usage of parenthesises and expressions! All used abbreviations (for example, names of institutions) have to be deciphered at first reference; if they are used once, they should be named completely ("scientific research institute" is allowed). Numerals if aren't the first word, are transferred by figures.

Translation of the summary into Russian. The Usage of the computer-based translation is unacceptable!!! A point is used instead of a decimal point. All English abbreviations are transferred in the deciphered form if they have no steady analogs in Russian (it is allowed: WTO – ВТО, FAO – ФAO, etc.).
